Regular hearing checks matter! 👂

Staying on top of your hearing health is just as important as looking after the rest of your wellbeing.

Even if you don’t notice any problems, having your hearing checked once a year can spot small changes early. Early detection makes treatment more effective, helps protect your independence, and can prevent further hearing loss over time.

As the clocks spring forward this weekend and we welcome longer evenings, there's something truly special about watching the light linger a little longer each day. At Bluebird Care St Helens, we've witnessed countless heart warming moments over the years - families gathering for extended garden conversations, grandparents sharing stories on sunlit porches, and loved ones finding renewed energy in those precious extra hours of daylight.

We remember Mrs. Thompson from last spring, who told us how those additional evening hours meant she could tend to her beloved roses once more, something she thought she'd lost forever. It reminded us why we do what we do - helping people hold onto the simple joys that make life beautiful, right in the comfort of their own homes.

The changing seasons bring their own rhythm, and we understand that adjusting to new routines can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether it's managing daily schedules or simply adapting to the shift in daylight hours, our caring team is here to provide that gentle support and familiar presence that makes all the difference.

There's something wonderfully nostalgic about spring's arrival - it whispers of fresh beginnings whilst honouring the wisdom of seasons past. Just as nature finds its balance, we help families find theirs, creating space for independence whilst providing the reassurance that caring support is always within reach.

How do you and your loved ones plan to make the most of those beautiful extended evening hours this spring?

Spring is in the air! 🌷 A season of growth, warmth, and fresh beginnings. Here’s to brighter days!

Our Story

Bluebird Care, a leading UK provider of care and support at home, prides itself on keeping people happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes. The company has been operating since 2014 and has established a reputation for delivering unbeatable high-quality care across the community. Bluebird Care St Helens & Warrington is an award-winning company that offers an extensive range of support starting from 30-minute visits up to 24-hour support including assistance with personal care, companionship and outings, medication administration, domestic duties and much more. Their compassionate, cheery, highly-trained team ensures each and every customer is listened to, cared for and continues to live the life they wish whilst working alongside other health professionals to ensure needs are met. Live-in care support is also offered to provide an alternative to a residential home, so that the customer can remain within the familiarity of their own home but with full-time support and companionship, including the social aspects of eating a meal together and social outings. It is the attention to detail that makes the difference and Bluebird Care enables people to have the choice to remain at home rather than moving to residential care. With the extra support, many people have benefited from an improvement in the quality of their lives and the opportunity to continue to do the things that they enjoy. Family members can relax, and even go away, knowing that their loved one is well cared for. At Bluebird Care, they place great importance on staff training and development. They have an experienced management team with all starting their careers as Care Assistants. Their care assistants are hand-picked following an extensive recruitment process and all are trained in house above and beyond industry standards with regular ongoing refreshers and supervision to ensure staff are safe, compliant and confident to provide support. The areas we cover include: • All post codes in the St. Helens, Merseyside area including: Rainford, Eccleston, Rainhill, Billinge, Newton Le Willows and Haydock.

  • All post codes in the Warrington area including: Lymm, Winwick, Burtonwood, Stockton Heath, Latchford, Grapenhall, Great Sankey.
