A feel good club of Yoga and Well-being practitioners showcasing the path to transformation and liberation.. We come together in our St Ives, Cornwall based studios in the heart of picturesque Saint Ives you will practise with the view and sound of the ocean in our home studios as well as offering our well-being services out in the community within schools, corporations and businesses, your home for private appointments and even on the beach. As well as in person classes, workshops, retreats and events you can also join our community online through our livestream platform and On Demand channel. You will experience connection through the arts of storytelling, music, yoga, dance, sweat, breathwork and talking therapies. Our classes are accessible to all levels of practitioners and draw from ancient philosophies, evidence backed psychological therapies and intuitive modalities. We invite you to exchange ideas and energy, disrupt stagnation with movement, become comfortable with stillness, commit to yourself and your practice. It’s possible to feel invigorated, alert, attuned, poised, empowered, endeared, supported, aligned, present, purposeful and in your power. At Showcase we believe it’s possible at any age, given any state of mind, and at every stage of life.
