Hi All,

I hope you are all well and safe!
I just wanted let you all know that I am still here and still planning on getting right back to it as soon as I am allowed to in line with government guidance and rules!
Once we are allowed to practise again I will prioritise re-booking any of you that I have had to cancel bookings for due to Covid-19 and the 2nd lockdown, and will be happy to provide dates and times for everyone to book in as I get them.

In the mean time as always I am here to answer any questions or queries you may have, and I hope to be able to book in and see you all again very soon!

Hi everyone,

Due to the current government restrictions, I will be unable to travel in December and sadly unable to book any treatments in.
I really hoped to be available in December, but I will be back in January and able to start booking as soon as I possibly can!!!

Hi all, we've listed the Covid-19 guidelines for treatments and are looking at welcoming you back, Saturday the 1st of August has been fully booked and we've got one space on Sunday the 2nd at 10am so book to avoid disappointment

After the recent government announcement and confirmation from our regulating bodies.....

We will now be OPENING!

A few new guidelines attached which will be different that before, so please have a read to keep yourself and us as safe as possible. A huge thanks to those wonderful people supporting our work through this time as it hasn't been the easiest.
To those who've messaged to book we have not forgotten you! We're working hard to double and triple check our procedures match the guidelines and everything is safe and will contact you to book in.

Even with a mask, we can welcome you back with a smile!

I'ts been a busy few weeks with a lot more updates on the way!

Another course down to ensure ongoing awareness for any infectious conditions to keep everyone safe in the future as well as through the Covid period.

PPE will be inplace when we're allowed to go back so some rules may be needing to be adhered to when turning up for a treatment so please watch this space!

As well as the guidance from my insurance provider and both the FHT and Shiatsu Society regulations, I've taken an online course to fully understand the preventative measures to keep my client and myself safe!

Hi everyone, due to the previous government announcement, I won't be opening on July the 4th and am awaiting further clarification and guidelines from my insurance provider on when and how to return. Alongside when its safe to travel back to Hastings!

In the meantime I've been getting the correct PPE and using the time to take a few new courses and to make ensure the highest level of cleanliness and care for reopening. Hope you are all well and look forward to seeing you all soon!

Today we will not make any other posts and will take a break on the work and updates in the background, we feel it's important to stand with others as racism cannot continue, each voice no matter how small can help us start to correct the issues in society for the better for all

On 9-11 I feel the sadness of so many lost lives and I remember things I’d rather never lived. I’m happy to have served in times of crisis and I’m grateful for the support shiatsu was for the many rescue workers during the search for survivors. At least we felt we could do something. I’m proud of the bodyworker and acupuncturist community in NYC for the response during the catastrophe and for the support from our colleagues in the rest of the country.

As from August the 15th I'll be relocating up to Rugby and will continue working up there ^_^ but I'll be back around once a month so I'm not going to be gone forever!

Wonderful pilot study with interesting implications and 94.1% reporting satisfaction with Shiatsu.

The notable factors which changed were an improvement on clients health obtained through use of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (34.4%), and a change from the impact of their condition through measurement of using the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (22.30%)

"The full-body Shiatsu sequence applied for 8 weeks, twice a week, presented potential effects of reduction of pain, improvement of sleep quality,and a decrease in symptoms of fibromyalgia impact on health"
