Just been looking back on our records. Since January there have been

10 members achieving their Target weight. Feeling happier and healthier.
8 members achieving their Club 10 so 10% of their weight has gone.
Also an amazing 105 Stone losses. How amazing is that.

We are on the run up to Christmas. How good would it be to be a Stone or even 2 Stone lighter.
