The home has its own cinema room, hair and beauty salon, plus an inviting café where residents and visitors will be free to help themselves to a freshly brewed coffee or tea, as well as a slice of homemade cake. Each bedroom is individually styled and furnished, with an en-suite wet room, and your loved one is welcome to personalise theirs.

Achieving an NVQ Level 2 is no small feat — it recognises the skills, knowledge and dedication required to work professionally in a kitchen environment. From food safety and hygiene 🧼 to preparing, cooking and presenting nutritious meals 🍲🥗, this qualification shows the hard work and commitment Chris puts into our kitchen every single day.

Karen truly has the most beautiful relationships with our residents. From heartfelt chats 💬 to plenty of laughter and cheeky banter 😂, she brings so much joy into our home every single day. It’s no surprise our residents absolutely adore her — and honestly, so do we! 🥰

Today we shared a little extra love around the home… 💕

We bought 100 beautiful red roses and made sure that every single resident and every member of our wonderful team received one 🌹✨ Because love isn’t just for couples — it’s for friendships, kindness, laughter, and the special community we share every day 🥰

Seeing the smiles, the surprise, and a few happy tears truly melted our hearts 💖 From sweet moments in the lounge to roses handed out along the corridors, today was all about reminding everyone how valued and appreciated they are.

A HUGE thank you to the lovely team at Four Oaks Care Home for inviting us along for the most delightful morning tea ☕🍰 We were treated to delicious cakes, tasty sandwiches, and all the trimmings (we may have gone back for seconds… or thirds… but who’s counting? 😉).

Most importantly, it was a morning filled with laughter, chatter, and new connections. There’s nothing better than bringing people together and sharing smiles across care homes 💕

🕷️🐍 Cockroaches, snakes and tarantulas… oh my! 🐍🕷️

We had the amazing Zoo Lab visit us this week and let’s just say… it was not for the faint-hearted! 😅

From creepy-crawlies and giant cockroaches to rats, snakes and even a very hairy tarantula, there were lots of curious faces, brave hands… and a few moments of “nope, that’s definitely moving” 🫣😂

It may have made some of us squirm, but there were plenty of laughs, learning, and proud moments for those who gave it a go 👏🐀

A huge thank you to Zoo Lab for such an exciting (and slightly spine-tingling!) experience. We’ll be talking about this one for a while! 🖤✨

🥕🧁 When life gives you carrots… you make cake! 🧁🥕

Earlier this week we got busy in the kitchen whipping up some delicious carrot cake cupcakes for our residents — mixing, baking, licking the spoons (purely for quality control, of course 😉)

The smell of warm spices filling the home was divine!… and best of all? We made the cake AND ate it too! 😄✨

A lovely afternoon! This is what we’d call that a recipe for happiness! 💛🍰

Our stunning new care home in Sale will provide a range of quality care services for older people in luxurious surroundings.

Oakfield Croft is a brand new care home that will open in Autumn 2019. Located on Washway Road, the home will be close to the heart of Sale and only a few minutes from junction 7 of the M60.

Our new Sale care home will provide completely personalised residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 60 people on a short-term (respite) and permanent basis. Our skilled team will get to know your loved one’s needs, interests and preferences so that we can shape all aspects of their care and experiences at the home to suit them.
