Chaos amongst the calm… Here’s why I think it’s this way round… 🤔
Just because it’s busy this week doesn’t meant mean it has to be all or nothing.
Half term may make you busier this week, work chaos, 💩 hit’s the fan - that’s ok, it’ll happen…
Just do one session instead of three.
Just go for a brief walk instead of a session tonight.
Your diet might not be the best this week, but just make your next opportunity of eating an ‘OK’ one…
You may not be able to cook the best meals, just carry round some fruit with you today…
How you show up when life is chaos dictates how you move when life is calmer.
The true test of how long you’ll stick something out is how you can stick to basic health or fitness habits when things get mental.
Just accept that this week, this week you may have to lower your expectations.
Then come round and crush it when things get easier.
THAT’S how you make permanent, life-long changes in your health and fitness - this is exactly why we teach this to everyone we work with, to set the expectations right where no other gym encourages this.
Keep it up.
Embrace the chaos, with moments of calm. 👊
