For most people that’s today.
It could even be you next meal - have a balanced meal high in protein and fruit and veg.
It could be your next 20 min gap - go for a super quick walk on your lunch break or after you finish.
When you have an opportunity just do you next best thing.
It’s never been about 5-7 gym sessions a week - that’s impossible for most of us.
It’s simply about taking a single positive action today and accepting that as a win, and build on it later in the day or tomorrow.
