Our Mummy & Baby Pilates sessions take place every Friday at 10.30am , and they truly are something special.
Led by a highly experienced tutor with a physiotherapy background, these classes go beyond simple movement. Each exercise is thoughtfully designed to support your body’s recovery, helping address deeper postnatal needs through gentle, effective movement. Every routine can be adapted to suit you individually, so whether you’re easing back into exercise or looking to rebuild strength, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
We know how important it is for new mums to get out, move, and connect with others. That’s why your baby stays right there with you, playing and exploring while you focus on your wellbeing.
