Today, as an activity we had the Game of Geometric Shapes or Montessori! ⏺⏹🔼
Our residents remembered the world of geometry in a fun and interactive way.
This activity allowed us to stimulate creativity, helping with cognitive development.
This interactive game helps to establish bonds of trust and friendship between the activities coordinator and residents, promoting quality moments! 🫂

In general, everyone likes to feel useful, regardless of age.

When caring for an elderly person, it is important to create conditions to make them feel that others still need their help and that they are not a burden.

Even if they are unable to perform tasks efficiently or perfectly, the important thing is that they feel like they are contributing.

Elderly people can help with some tasks at home, such as: Fold the clothes. 👚🩳🧥👗👕👖

This was our activity of day!

And we all prepared a Surprise Baby Shower for her in Our Garden! 🐦🎊

We had Staff and our Residents present in the garden to congratulate the arrival of the new member of our Cherry Trees Family.

It was all very special for all of us.

More Activities in the Garden... because we have to make the most of the good weather!! 🎊🎊🎊☀️☀️🐦🐦

"Using the alphabet, the game is: Tell me words that start with the letter A... B.. C... etc" so that residents can keep their memory active...

We also had another memory activity, asking residents what was their favorite fruit, childhood friend, TV show, etc.. we were asking the question while throwing the ball to each other...👌⚽️
