International women’s day is always something to celebrate.
40 years ago our trailblazer founder bought Bandrum with a vision of care like no other. A place where people, cultures and care came together under one roof. 🫶
She smashed every boundary in her way to allow Bandrum to grown to be the the incredible and unique place it is today. ❤️
We continue to have a female board and General Manager in Rachel, Mrs Paynes daughter who shared the same determinations and passion as her mother and many other senior roles.
As an organisation we have no gender Pay gap, we are a national living wage organisation and are incredibly grateful for the diverse and dedicated women we have. At Bandrum it’s really important to us that those who chose to live with us live life the way they would in their own home, so we get out and about at the weekend and get the chores done ahead of a busy week welcoming the earliest days and signs of spring.
