A healer isn’t someone who heals you!

A healer is someone who triggers what’s inside of you to heal.

Imagine the tree is your body and the colours around are your chakras.

The bright light is Reiki flowing through you, unblocking your chakras which are energy portals, when these are blocked of negative energy then we can feel pain, illness and sadness.

Reiki goes to the root of the cause.

Reiki works on all levels mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Think it and it will happen.

I will be honest with you all I too have had to learn many things about myself and I never really felt comfortable in my own skin, never really feeling alive just existing. Whenever good things happened I always could turn it to a negative so in fact I then was manifesting a negative outcome.

But recently just like a switch I’ve realised that life can be amazing and yes good things are there to enjoy, even a lovely walk in the forest and being grateful that I can see all the beautiful colours in the world.

So when people ask me “What is Reiki?” I simply say if you are ready to let go and find you again then let me show you what unlocking and healing your chakras can do.

Indian head massage £30

Indian head massage is a traditional massage dating back hundreds of years.

When a child is born this technique is used every day to bond mother and child and is carry through into adulthood. The child learns the technique and preforms massage on others.

This wonderful technique has many amazing benefits from totally relaxation to help improve circulation.

When preformed the shoulders, back, neck, arms, hands, head and face are worked on to help relieve stress and pain.
