My background
I have enjoyed an eclectic life, having worked in further education, for Mencap, as a volunteer counsellor for various organisations, and more but ultimately giving up any typical career routes so as to get a work/ life balance that suited me. I have been self employed since 1991 when I jointly set up and ran a mountaineering business. Once I learnt Reiki many things changed and I went on to set up and run Snowdonia Retreat. Intended as a safe place for people to stay in the mountains, have treatments, reflect and review their lives, many individuals benefited as they took time out for themselves and it was a privilege to be part of their journey. My husband John who is also a Reiki master brought his special skills of Chanting and together we ran mini retreats more often then not for Reiki folk. Since moving to Winterslow in 2018 my husband has been running Chanting session locally and during 2019 we started to offer online sessions. Hobbies include : gardening (growing our own veg), golf, art, keeping ourselves fit with Yoga, cycling and the like.... walking locally and in the New Forest.
