🐹🐰 Double the cuteness at Care UK - Salisbury Manor!

One of our residents enjoyed some very special company today — a gentle guinea pig snuggled on their lap, with an adorable rabbit keeping a watchful eye nearby.

There’s something so heartwarming about spending time with animals — calm moments, soft fur and plenty of smiles all round. 💛

🍯📚 Winnie the Pooh Day at Care UK Salisbury Manor Care Home

What a wonderful day we had bringing generations together to celebrate Winnie the Pooh Day, with children from Chafyn Grove School for a morning filled with stories, creativity and connection.

Residents and the children enjoyed the Pooh classics , colouring , singing songs and even tasting local honey from local beekeeper —complete with honey sandwiches, just as Pooh would like it!

Intergenerational activities like these boost wellbeing for residents, build empathy in children and create genuinely joyful moments for everyone involved.

The only one missing was Eeyore 🐴💛

🎂🎉 More birthday celebrations at Care UK

We’ve recently been celebrating a couple of special birthdays, with two of our gentlemen enjoying their own birthday moments — complete with cake, smiles and good company.

It’s always a pleasure to mark these personal milestones and make each celebration feel special. 🎈

🫏✨ A very special visitor at Salisbury Manor today! ✨

We were delighted to welcome Norman the donkey, Chloe's Mobile Farm, who brought plenty of smiles, gentle moments and festive cheer to our residents. 💚

There were cuddles, laughter and lots of happy faces — and for once… no naughty elf in sight! 😉

Thank you, Norman, for such a lovely visit. 🎄

We’ve caught the Naughty Elf again Care UK Salisbury Manor — this time far too close to the ironing. Clearly health and safety isn’t on his nice list! 😉

Someone please es**rt him away before he causes real trouble…

This time he was caught hiding in the kitchen store cupboard Care UK - Salisbury Manor Care Home, helping himself to the marshmallows. Sticky fingers and zero regrets by the look of it! 😉

🍊✨ Making Christingles at Salisbury Manor

Our residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon creating Christingles — oranges decorated with sweets and a candle, each one made with care and creativity.

A simple but meaningful activity, full of colour, conversation and festive spirit ❤️

Looks like our festive troublemaker has found his way to the bar and made himself far too comfortable! We’re not sure who gave him permission — but he certainly seems to be enjoying himself! 😉
