This is one of our dancers sharing their experience. It was mentioned in our closing circle that two of our dancers missed church to dance with us yesterday. We discussed how the dance can be a form of worship no matter what your religion. It’s a way of going in, to pray, to visualise, to connect. To receive guidance, downloads, clarity. This is an inclusive space whether you are religious, spiritual or not… it allows you to be fully you. 💚💗
