Theme Announcement! This months ‘Mind & Body Rest - Live’ session is going to be ‘From Tension to Rest’.
A session where we explore the nervous system and why it may be in panic or survival mode and stopping you rest, recover and calmness. If your body feels tense when you sit down, anxiety is effecting your peace or switching off feels impossible … this is the session for you.
PLEASE DO send in your questions or your situation and I’ll do my best to answer and cover it live in the session. Even if you can’t attend this time.
Remember, this monthly session is on Zoom, starts this Tuesday 10th Feb at 8pm UK time. Plus its completely FREE if it’s your first time.
