I posted this in my Autumn newsletter, but I felt It’s such an important message I wanted to share it here also
🌱 A Client Story That Reminds Us All - One of my clients recently told me how she’d been feeling very overwhelmed (sound familiar?) and juggling a lot ... family, work and some personal health challenges that could easily have pulled her off track and even give up. Instead of pushing harder or giving up, she did something brave… she paused.
She listened to her body - instead of the voice telling her to just ignore it and keep going. She focused on small, kind actions: eating well, resting properly, and above all - being patient with herself. That gentle approach helped her feel stronger, calmer and more in control again. Proof that real progress doesn’t alway's come from pressure, but from self-compassion. That what feel's like a step backwards, really is a committed step forward.
