Just back from a wonderful holiday in Thailand.
When I teach the Thai Herbal Compress Massage CPD day, I always wonder if it's the authentic way and decided that the only way to find out would be to receive a treatment myself. It was absolute bliss, I picked up a few more techniques and even learnt how to make the herbal compresses as part of one of the tours organised by the hotel! The smell was divine. 🍋‍🟩🍋🥥🌿🌳🌱

Calling any Massage therapists (with insurance) who may be able to offer one of my community patients in Amesbury an upper back and arm massage to increase ROM. The results after only 10 minutes were incredible. He smiled for the first time when he could lift his arm and bring his beaker to his mouth .
