A little breather in October whilst we restock reset and get ready for the next few weeks on the run up to Xmas and our resilience support to some well known venues

With the beautiful colours and smell of Autumn in the air our team were out this weekend providing support to a regular client for a busy weekend at their large venue - zero impact on frontline 999, top cover calls direct to Consultants for advice re conveyances and ensuring optimal Patient outcomes.

Whilst Autumn rapidly runs into winter, summer 26 is never far away and already being planned - a positive meeting today with a potential new event/ client in the SW - Cornwall may well be becoming our second home!

It’s always so reassuring to be sat on a Safety Advisory Group and hear from some key personnel the “exemplar on site service ACOS Medical delivered” and the “no impact” to local Ambulance resources and even a public thanks for going off event print to support at medical emergencies

We barely left Portsmouth following Victorious Festival and our onsite field hospitals and we found ourselves back in Gunwharf Quays and Southsea the last three days to work alongside and wave off teams in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race

We even have the ability to bolt on in the water safety / rescue teams if required at events

3 days of sunshine, sea, stunning sets and 2 field hospitals and hospitals and pit crews - Victorious Festival done for 2025. With near on 60000 each day team were kept busy with everything from blisters / headaches through to more complicated cases requiring a more senior clinical presence.

Huge thanks to the team from Vespasian Security who supported our team on the last night with a complex case

Our time in Portsmouth and our event season hasn’t ended yet as we roll back this weekend for some sailing adventures
