Yesterday marked the final session of my 2025 seasonal mini-retreats. It was an honour to share a revitalising afternoon of Cleaning Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.

We enjoyed Carrot Cake, Ginger Cake, fresh fruit, Fresh Ginger & Lemon Tea, and Spiced Apple Tea.
