It’s been another busy and rewarding week delivering training and supporting safer workplaces.

✅ We delivered the NEBOSH Health & Safety Leadership Excellence course to service leavers.
✅ On Wednesday, we travelled to Stoke to deliver IOSH Managing Safely to , training 10 members of staff including managers and maintenance team members supporting their ongoing project to enhance health & safety standards.

Fantastic results all round, with everyone passing both courses. Congratulations to all involved 👏

Next week, we kick off our NEBOSH General Certificate under the new GNC syllabus looking forward to getting started.

Another fantastic 3 days delivering the IOSH Managing Safely course with Harbour Healthcare Region 1 🙌

The course was delivered to Regional Managers, Managers, and Maintenance teams, with great engagement throughout. The group brought real-life experiences to the table, asked strong questions, and fully embraced the interactive sessions exactly how this course should be delivered.

It’s clear that Harbour Healthcare truly takes health and safety seriously. This wasn’t a tick-box or “rock box” exercise it was about understanding risk, applying learning, and improving safety standards in their own workplaces.

I’m also proud to say we’re maintaining a 100% pass rate 🎉

✔️ The final assessment

A huge congratulations to everyone involved excellent effort and commitment from start to finish.

It’s been a whirlwind of a week already 💨

On Tuesday evening, I had the privilege of attending the Forces Transition Group Business to Business meeting as we always do before the live event, growing networks and collabroating with other buisneses at The Cosy Club in Cheltenham.

I was truly honoured to be presented with the Forces Transition Group Gold Award by two absolute legends, Brian Wood and Jason Fox, in recognition of my support for the Armed Forces and the Blue Light community.

I am incredibly proud to be part of this community and even more proud to have been awarded the Gold Award. The work FTG does to support those who serve and have served is nothing short of inspiring, and I’m grateful to play a part in that mission.

Thank you to everyone involved. This one means a lot. 🇬🇧✨

Early Sunday start ☀️ but honestly, this is the best part of my job.

On Friday afternoon we received another batch of NEBOSH certificates 🎓✅
We’re often asked: “What are your pass rates?”

So each month I publish our results, and today’s update is backed up by the best kind of proof… the certificates themselves (see photo below).

These are certificates from our November students, and we’re still waiting for more to come (NEBOSH Health and Safety Leadership Excellence course 14 students all passed) 👀📬

What makes this even more rewarding is that around 90% of our learners are Service Leavers and Veterans. 🫡 💂

It really reinforces what we see time and time again:

We’ve just received our latest results for the NEBOSH General Certificate (NG1) from our November course.

We are extremely proud to say the whole cohort achieved a 100% pass rate on the NG1 Open Book Exam ✅

Huge well done to the entire group 👏 NG1 is a tough exam that tests real understanding, so this is a brilliant achievement.

The effort you put into revision, asking questions, and sticking with the process really paid off. Who said TEAMs course are boring and you dont learn anything.

🎉 Reached the dizzy heights of being featured in the Reshape service leavers resettlement magazine! 🎉

I’m proud to share that my story has been published, talking about my transition from military life into running my own health & safety training and consultancy business.

Leaving the Forces can feel like stepping into the unknown, but if you’re thinking about starting up on your own after service, I genuinely hope my journey gives you a bit of inspiration and confidence to take that leap.

It’s not always easy, but it is possible. With the right mindset, support, and a good dose of military graft, you can build something you’re proud of.
