Recently, the Saltash District Nursing team put out a request for syringe driver bags.

Thanks to Sacha’s wonderful Grandma, who got straight to work with her knitting needles, we’ve been able to donate a selection of handmade bags to support patients receiving end of life care at home. These small but thoughtful items really do make a difference, helping to keep equipment safe, discreet, and a little more personal.

We’re so proud to be part of a community that comes together to support one another 🫶

✨ New Year Office Hours Update ✨

As we welcome the New Year, please note our office hours over the festive period:

🕑 New Year’s Eve (31st December): Office will close at 2:00pm
🎉 New Year’s Day (1st January): Office closed
📅 Friday 2nd January: Office reopens as normal

Our care services will continue as planned to support our clients during this time. For any urgent care matters while the office is closed, clients and their family can please use the usual ‘on-call’ contact number 📱

We’re feeling extra festive in the office as the countdown to Christmas begins! 🎄✨

We’re also incredibly proud to share some fantastic news. Our Care Manager, Katie, has successfully passed her CQC Registration and is now officially our Registered Manager!

This is a huge achievement, and one that reflects Katie’s unwavering dedication, hard work, and commitment. She has put in countless hours of study and effort, always going above and beyond — as she so often does.

We couldn’t be more thrilled or prouder. Huge congratulations Katie, and very well deserved! 🌟👏

Today we said a fond farewell and a very happy retirement to Sandy 🌻

Sandy has worked for Rowan house domiciliary team for an incredible 19 years. 13 years as the domiciliary manager and then 6 as a domiciliary carer!

Her hard work and commitment have made a lasting impact at Rowan house, and she will be greatly missed. Thank you for everything Sandy. Enjoy your retirement 🌻🤍
