I haven't been so good at enforcing this of late, but after assessing things, I have no choice but to be a bit stricter regarding this policy. Thankyou for understanding Hx

⛔️ Important notice⛔️

i'll only be accepting payment at time of booking for appointments, this is due to the number of no shows ive had over recent times. Obviously, if enough notice is given of a cancellation, this payment will be refunded, or appointment can be rescheduled.

Giving notice of cancellation gives me enough time to re-issue that appointment to someone on waiting list, or to bring someone elses appointment forward. This also means theyll be seen quicker and i can then offer you their original slot, meaning you dont have to wait months for another appointment either!

It also means, as a small independent business, Im not at a financial loss.

I totally understand that life gets in the way, and things can come up last minute, that is not your fault - but its not mine either, im just the one left paying for it 😕
I require 24 hours notice of cancellation - and I thankyou all for understanding Hx
