Had a strange moment driving along Ardrossan shore today.
An elderly lady suddenly started shouting and beeping at the traffic.
The man in front shouted back.
She burst into tears and sped off.
It made me think… not long ago, I might have reacted the same way.
These days I try to remember:
everyone is carrying something we can’t see.
We can’t control how others act —
but we can control how we respond.
Just a little reminder to pause before reacting.
