"Wishing Well are a health and wellbeing charity, we offer a wide range of activities to children, young people, adults and the elderly. Many of the services we offer are free of charge. We aim to address social inequalities and support those hard to reach groups in our community."

👋 Meet Jem, the Mamma Coach!

Jem says
"Hi, I’m Jemma — also known as Jem The Mamma Coach. I’m a mum, personal trainer, and women’s health coach who’s passionate about helping women understand their bodies and feel strong at every stage of life.

My workshops focus on hormone health, pelvic floor function, and supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, peri-menopause and menopause. I also love helping mums understand why those everyday aches and pains happen — and what we can actually do about them.

My approach is practical, honest and realistic (because life with kids is rarely calm and perfectly planned!). Expect simple advice, relatable stories, and tools you can start using straight away to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your body."
