Good morning magickal beings ☀️✨

This right here 👇 is what my worktop looked like yesterday… crystals everywhere, beads living their best chaotic lives, coffee in hand… and me?

🚂 Parked firmly at Procrastination Station.

I did everything… except the one thing I actually set out to do which was make jewellery.

My head was SO busy with all the “shoulds,” the “need tos,” the “don’t forgets,” that it honestly felt like it might explode. The noise was loud. The pressure was real. And instead of creating magick, I just… hovered in overwhelm.

But then ✨ I stepped into Day 2 of the mini portal with Hannah Strange .
And oh my goodness.
She helped me gently lift the noise out of my head not to ignore it, not to suppress it just to place it somewhere safe to come back to later.
To create space.
To breathe.
To land back in my body.

And the shift? Immediate.

So today’s mission is clear 🔮
✨ Sit at my chaotic, crystal covered altar of creativity
✨ Sip the coffee
✨ And actually make some jewellery

Because today I’m also stepping into Day 3 of the mini portal which is all about ENERGY ⚡

And that feels perfectly aligned. Clearer head. Open heart. Focused hands.

It’s Day 2 of the Mini Portal and I am sooo ready for it 🔮💫

Yesterday was all about the body… and wow, it was powerful. Hannah Strange guided us through grounding practices and gentle techniques to help our bodies feel safe, supported and steady. And let me tell you… they WORKED.
I popped to the shop afterwards and used those exact techniques while I was out and about, and it made such a difference. I felt calmer, more present, more in control. It’s incredible what happens when the body feels safe 🖤✨

Today we journey into the mind… and I’m really looking forward to seeing what shifts, softens and unlocks. Nervous system healing on all levels feels like such sacred work.

Until it’s time to step back into the portal, I’ll have my beads out, pouring intention, love and a little witchy sparkle into every piece I create ✨🧿

Ahhh Moonday… my favourite kind of soft, soulful start to the week. The Moon always feels like a gentle nudge to slow down, tune in and honour what’s going on beneath the surface. 🌊💫

Today I’m stepping into day 1 of the mini portal with Hannah Strange (and I am SO ready for it 😍).
She’ll be working on different layers of nervous system healing (mind, body, energy) all the levels. I just love this kind of deep, supportive inner work. It feels like giving your whole system a warm hug and saying, “You’re safe now.” 🫶✨

I’m really looking forward to seeing what shifts, softens and expands. Moonday magick feels like the perfect energy for it. 🌙🤍

And because life is all about balance… Frankie is on half term 🎉 so later we’re heading out for a little walk (fresh air reset incoming 🌿) and then he wants to go spend some money at B&M. Honestly the excitement of a half term shop is unmatched 😂💚
