What a year it has been.

A year of growth, learning, long days, big conversations and even bigger support. None of it happens without the people around us, and we don’t take that for granted for a second.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a few thank yous too.

And that’s a wrap for KAST✨ 2025.

Today was one of our busiest clinic days yet, ticking off every final detail before a well-earned festive pause. We saw close to 100 patients, which makes the need for a proper Christmas break very real and very deserved for the whole team.

Thank you to every member of the team who came in today and made the effort to finish the year together with our little celebration. Days like this are a reminder of how much we achieve as a team, and how important it is to stop, reflect, and appreciate the people behind the clinic.

Time now to rest, reset, and enjoy the festive season together.

Today I stopped. I really stopped.
Between running a busy home, caring for two little ones, preparing for Christmas, leading the clinic, and wearing all the other hats that come with life, I realised I had not given myself a pause in a long time.

So today, I chose me.

I let my girls look after me with a bespoke facial. No rushing. No noise. Just calm hands, quiet moments, and space to breathe. It was exactly what I needed. My skin softened, my shoulders dropped, and my mind finally slowed.

This has been one of my biggest learnings this year.
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Taking time for yourself is not indulgent. It is necessary.

If you have been running on empty, this is your sign to stop for a moment. Breathe. Let someone else take care of you.
