Hey everyone 👋

It’s been a little while since I’ve taken on new Reflexology 👣 clients, as life brought a few changes my way.

I’ve really missed working with people on a therapeutic level, so I’m excited to be getting back to it, and this time I’ll be bringing some new skills and perspectives with me!

What have I been up to❓

I’ve completed Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills and Studies and am now in the final two years of training (Level 4) to qualify as a Therapeutic Counsellor (Integrative, Person-Centered modality). I’m also a student member of the BACP.

Alongside this, I’ve been deepening my studies in Astrology ✨ using it as a reflective tool to help people reimagine, reframe, and explore who they are. It can highlight both limitations and strengths in how we experience life, support greater acceptance of challenges, and guide alignment with a truer sense of purpose.

I’m looking forward to combining these approaches to support healing, growth, and self-discovery for all! 💕

The words letting go can evoke strong emotional feelings, the concept triggers the survival centre of our brain which triggers a fight or flight response.

Perhaps it’s a physical or mental obstacle that you are facing, feelings of anger, despair, frustration or impatience can often overtake our thoughts.

Don’t look for answers;
instead, let go of the feelings behind the question.

When we are surrender to the feeling behind the question, we can let go of any other feelings that we have about what seems to be the problem.

When we finally and fully surrender on all components, the answer will be there waiting for us. We won’t have to look for it.
