HI Folks
Today I’m really excited to launch my new face book page - Flexifeet Foot Rollers.
What is a Foot Roller?
A small shaped piece of wood. See Photos.
What does it do?
After a hard day at work, with your feet cramped into shoes, a Flexifeet Foot Roller can bring your feet back to life.
Use after a long walk or run - or even after a hard days skiing - your feet will thank you for it.
The portable size means that you can take one on holiday with you, use it at work or at home in front of the television.
What are the benefits of using a roller?
Repetitive strain on the joints and soft tissues of the foot and ankle is often overlooked until the accumulated damage results in sufficient tissue damage, swelling and irritation to cause pain. Nevertheless, these repetitive, small injuries to the muscles and tendons in the feet and ankles can lead to bigger and more chronic injuries that will compromise performance and eventually become disabling.
Examples of this type of injury include shin splints, runner’s knee, jumper’s knee, ilio-tibial band syndrome, sacro¬iliac joint dysfunctions, and chronic low back pain.
Massage has been proven to help to reduce the swelling and irritation, allowing the muscles to repair quicker.
Stretching has been proven to help keep the elasticity in muscles and tendons, allowing the foot to work more efficiently.
The Flexifeet Foot Roller massages and stretches the foot simultaneously, thereby helping to keep the foot healthy and improving your chances of remaining injury free.
They make great presents for anyone who’s on their feet for much of the day, people who exercise regularly or folk who simply wear shoes for several hours of the day (or night) and can’t wait to take them off!
For those of you who already use them, please feel free to leave your comments on the page.
Please share this page with your friends, if you like Flexifeet Foot Rollers.
Many Thanks
Carl Bradshaw
