A little bit about me......

Hi my name is Andy Yates and I have recently set up this venture with the aim of helping others to maximise their physical potential and enhance well being for as many people as possible!
I have had a lifelong obsession with sport playing both Rugby League and Rugby Union to a high level, competitive cricket and have been a single digit handicap golfer. More recently my interests have been road cycling and running and I recently completed my first 100km run and have clocked up 9 marathons (or longer) to date. In short I really understand the benefits of massage therapy!!

I have qualified in both Level 3 Sports Massage and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy, enabling me help with both pre, post and intra event massage but also in the treatment of soft tissue dysfuction/injury. This was an extension of my Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Education and the interests I have detailed above.

I really believe I can help and understand the demands sport (and work) can have in the modern world.
