Support accessing the community. I have ample experience in working with vulnerable individuals and have my DBS checks.

I am offering a variety of in-home-services such as massage, light domestic home/garden duties as well as offering individuals support in accessing the community; be it needing support to appointments, shopping or just a friendly ear and a coffee. I am a qualified massage therapist and can offer treatments in Indian Head massage (head, neck and shoulder), Swedish Full Body Massage and Reflexology. Massage has many health benefits, such as aiding circulation, treatment for muscular pain relief, reduces stress and depression and helps to keep the skin supple. Weather it is to help assist aches and pains, stress, sports injury or general self-care, the benefits of massage are for everyone needing to feel revitalized and relaxed. I feel passionate to bring the skill set I've acquired into the community. Please see my price list for a full overview of the services offered.
