When enjoyed in ceremony, cacao helps us slow down, open our hearts, and reconnect — with ourselves and with others.

You will learn how to journey and connect to the spirit of the plant (a technique you can use again and again)

Not only will you benefit from nourishing Cacau, but you will also be guided in a relaxing hand Reflexology routine that will help you feel calm, relaxed and help reset your nervous system.

After a light lunch, we will connect to our inner child, enjoy fun and laughter as we create “love bugs” using natural materials.

As an added bonus, at the end of the day, we will learn how to use a pashmina to wrap ourselves in a grounding “hug”
