The process takes me several hours to prepare in advance and then I am also guided on the day of the reading, which takes 1-2 hours. I can offer the readings in person or online

Reflexology - the way to a healthier life.

Clients often ask how many treatments they should have.

Well of course one treatment is a good start, but it’s recommended to book a course of 6-8 weekly treatments to help clear and balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Thereafter, regular reflexology helps support you and maintains balance and harmony.

Some clients have weekly appointments, others might time theirs around their monthly cycle and some might come quartly or yearly for their “tune ups”. It all depends on your lifestyle and individual choice.
