Blue Monday is often labelled the “most depressing day of the year”, but while experts agree it isn’t real, the feelings many people experience in January certainly are. On Monday 19 January 2026, Luke Newman, founder of For Men To Talk, will be turning Blue Monday into something positive by taking on the 650 Myzone Challenge alongside members of Jones' Fitness in Biggleswade.

Together, they’ll aim to earn 650 Myzone Effort Points in a single day — half a full monthly target — showing how movement, connection and teamwork can support both physical and mental wellbeing.

The challenge will also raise money and awareness for For Men To Talk, reminding men they don’t have to face tough days, exercise or mental health struggles alone. You can support the challenge and donate here: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/fmttbluemondaymepschallenge
