Everyone wants the program. Few understand the coach behind it.

You can copy a workout, screenshot a plan, or grab someone else’s “routine”… but you can’t replicate 20 years of coaching, thousands of hours on the gym floor, the trial-and-error, the education, the eye for detail, or the ability to build something truly for you.

Templates are easy.

Coaching is earned.

Real progress doesn’t come from stealing a plan —

it comes from having someone who knows why you’re doing every rep, how you move, what your history is, and what adjustments you need to actually move forward.

You’re doing “everything “…. Except the thing that will actually fix the problem…..

We are all guilty of it

Claiming we have tried all these things to fix the problem, when in reality it’s much the opposite

What we have done is found a way to cope

You have found a way to get through the day coping with the pain, discomfort or whatever

Thinking it will get better with time

You work around it..

But you’re not willing to work on it….

There in lies the problem

Address the problem head on before it becomes a bigger issue

Physio/Rehab SHOULD NOT be exclusive of each other

Time after time I have that same conversations with clients that have been told to “take it easy” or “rest”

For some of us that’s all we need to hear to pull back and avoid stepping out of your comfort zone

Our mission is to keep people moving and rehab injuries so the don’t come back, so you have the freedom to not fear movements because you might get hurt.

Pain to Performance 📈🔥

We spent 2 sessions to adress her knee pain…

The first, Thorough assessment & history, biomechanical examination, introduction of exercises

Session 2, gait analysis and further exercises to continue to help with the knee pain.

Following the sessions Sarah had clarity, structure and program allowing her to remain pain free and get more out of her training than before

Slow Down….. You’re only holding yourself back….

Time and time again people keep ignoring one of the biggest elements to seeing better results

It’s not your food

It’s not your program

It’s not your supplement stack

It’s the fact that your movement sucks A-F**KING-LOT

We all get frustrated with lack of results

But you need to look at the why…..

You could write the best program in the world but if you can’t execute the movements well, then your not gonna get the results you expect

Do yourself a favour, learn to move well…
