Hey all,, sorry for not getting this out there until now, but I have had no Facebook at all here in Somerset..... I started a new job yesterday that's going to take me into July n then hopefully onto the start of the new school at pembs.....

It has come up kind of last minute, I thought that I was starting in swansea until Sunday evening, but hot stuffed over again....

I will look to picking it up as soon as I get closer to home , I am friggin gutted guys, n hope that you understand... so so sorry guys!!!!

With regrets guys, BOOTCAMP is CANCELLED because I am stuck working up in Merthyr and I won't make it back in Time......

If you have any complaints I would be more than happy to sent them
On to the di****ad that bodged My ruling up at my house!!!!

So sorry guys....

If I do t see some of you please an awesome half term if you are lucky to have it off to enjoy with your lovely families....

QUESTION: can anyone tell which school teaches the 'wine-times table?'
....Why do some of us struggle with our 7,8 and 9 times table......
....Yet most (if not all...) could recite the wine (calorie) times table?

I am Not singling anybody out..... there is too many by all accounts!!! 🍷πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‚

P.s we are back to it later tonight at the regency..... 6:15pm followed by the 7pm meltdown!!!

**BOOTCAMP CANCELLED *
Unfortunately guys, the wether has gotten the best of most of us again and the outside session Coppet Hall has to be cancelled.... we can't get anymore indoor sessions at the regency at the mo due to the tree huggers (yoga and Pilates) having already taken the main morning slots...... they did get in first unfortunately....

Wednesday will be on at the regency @ 9:30am......as will our regular back to back double sessions on Tuesday and Thursday this week..... so don't miss those if you aren't too busy..... easier said than done with bloody kids, I know first hand lol!!!

So sorry guys, I can't change the weather, I know that I does put a lot of people off n so it's best to make the right (and safest) decision....

This NOT your excuse to go get the frying pan on!!!

I posted a lovely 20 minute session that you can do at home last Thursday....

Check it out and post a thumbs up to let me know you have done it!!!

***HOMEWORK people***

You don't get off the easily!!!

The regency is off, but you are still prepped for the usual portion of torture........ so this is your THursday nights homework that needs to be completed tonight.....and check in to confirm!!!

*20 MINUTE HIIT Meltdown*

Timing: work / recover
45 / 15 advanced
35 / 25 intermediate
25 / 35 beginner ( so none if you lotπŸ˜…)

Complete all 5 exercises in order to complete 1 round:

1. Alt push ups (wide to narrow grip)
2. Prisoner squats
3. Bicycle crunches into ankle tap combo ( 5 each leg before swapping to taps / bicycles)
4. Sumo (wide stance) squats in standing knee thrusts ( thrusts optional for more advanced movement).
5. Mountain climbers (slow and deliberate 😀)

These are going to burn the whole frame guys s so please get stretched and warmed up before you start your timed working sets

Keep the fire lit..... get the music pumping, if not to just drown out the sound of the bloody kids........ or just your own grunting!!!

Try complete at least 2 sets and dont be afraid to adjust the timing as fatigue sets in if you can see it through to the end of round 4!!!!

Take a full minute rest in between each round.....

Get prepared..... lots of water, a towel /mat........ and clean un**es!!!!

Post a thumb for every round you complete guys!!!!!

Get to it!!!

**BOOTCAMP CANCELLED - SORRY!**

Guys with huge regrets I have to cancel tonight's session due to the weather.... it is purely a safety issue guys and certainly not a lack of commitment that's for sure!!!

My heart says COME ON, but my conscience (... and also my insurance) does not allow outside training it unsafe conditions........ believe me when I say, this is not what I want to do, but neither is sidelining people and preventing you from future sessions due to injury......

Please understand guys, I am sure that you do, but just had to express my frustration!!!

Arrrggggghhhh!!!'

Hey all, just an update on tonight's session.....

The hall is booked out , as well as all of the other rooms. I have tried to get something for us, but it's been a 'no go' I am afraid.

I will be running the session outside, at the back of the cricket ground instead.... I hope that this doesn't put people off, however I totally understand.

It is sheltered from public viewing πŸ˜ƒ as I know that this can put some people off.... but just needed to let you know in advance....

I will have to cancel if there is rain because I don't want to put people In any danger of slipping and hurting themselves.... safety is number one as always.

I will call it at 3:30-4:00pm so that people are not messed around too much and so they have time to salvage their evening on the sofa lol.

We all know that the weather can change in a heart beat here and so I will be keeping everything crossed......

Can you please send me a thumbs "UP" if you are up for the burn....

I don't want to rock up and have nobody to shout at lol.....

There really needs to be a minimum of 6 per session, just with the logistics of sorting shut out for it that's all....and if I don't make the cut with numbers I will unfortunately have to put it off....

Please let me know with a thumbs "DOWN"if you are definitely not coming, so that it's fair on those that are still keen...and I can provide more notice if the vibe is NO...

I hope to see it all there🀘🀞, just let me know guys!!!

**BOOTCAMPERS** (friendly reminder \ Warning)

Apologies for the silence.... the internet has as been useful as a pair of t**s on a bulldog and not been allowing me to post stuff on here at the weekend!!!...... NO more, we are back!!!
........ and we are burning ridiculous amounts of calories and shouting s**t at each other in usual fashion starting at 6:15pm and then AGAIN and 7:00pm!!!

I have been informed that the fire extinguishers have also just been serviced and topped up just in case anybody ignites!!!!
