Hello, I’m Lucy and I am based in Saxilby, Lincolnshire where I offer a range of therapies from my home based treatment room. Please be aware that my treatment room is accessed via steep stairs on the 1st floor of my home. There is a hand rail to assist, but you will need to take them slowly and with care when going up and down them. If you have allergies please be aware that my house is also home to my cat and dog. All new clients will have a consultation prior to their first treatment and all clients will receive aftercare advice. Qualifications

After a gentle reminder from my neighbour I’ve picked the last of the pears. Managed to find space to store a few for upcoming crumbles and other sweet treats. I’ve baked (hopefully) a delicious pear sponge for pudding this evening. The cosmos are still in full bloom so I’ve picked a few to brighten up inside too. It’s been such a nice day to get some jobs in the garden done. What jobs have you all been tending to outdoors?

October is here and we’ve had storms and sunshine. Very happy to have my washing on the line today though. Regretted the wool jumper for the dog walk too. Let’s hope this continues for a while longer.

A weekend reset in North Yorkshire. We hiked up Roseberry Topping and enjoyed a trip to Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Sophie enjoyed exploring on the long walks on her first proper holiday. The weather was kind thankfully!

Hope you’re all managing to keep cool during the latest heat wave. I’ve been off this week so took a trip to Norfolk to visit family and caught up with a friend who moved there from Louth who I’ve not seen in years!

It’s been a lovely few days away, although the heat did limit what we could do as I had Sophie the pooch with me. She enjoyed her first doggy frozen yogurt which didn’t last long at all! A trip to Holt was lovely and we enjoyed a refreshing iced coffee.

It’s back to work tomorrow and I’m looking forward to getting back in my relaxing therapy space.
