🌻What to expect:
• A warm welcome,
• Gentle breathwork to clear your energy and create space
• Select an Oracle card to create a focus
• Create a beautiful flower garland to wear or adorn your Solstice altar…each flower infused with your intension and desires.
• Consolidate the experience and the energy created with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra

🌻What to Bring:
*An open heart!
*A flask of your favourite herbal tea or coffee (or whatever you enjoy)!
*Wear comfy clothing (and bring slippers and socks to wear inside)
*All of the materials to create your garland will be provided
