“We're Gonna Need a Bigger Board!"👩‍🏫

Julie's favourite time of the year... time to wipe clean the "TOT Packing Board" ready for the New Year.

These boards are a key part of our check list for packing and shipping all of our Training Of Trainer programme packs.
This year our admin team run by Julie & Claire have assembled and distributed 481 Trainer packs across a range of subjects to all over the UK.

If you've had a Trainer pack, this is where it all started.

Massive thank you to the team for kitting out this years Trainer Programmes.

Today is the final training day on the NAPPI uk Calendar for 2025.

Flipcharts ready themselves for hibernating in store cupboards, while training spaces are transformed into tinsel donned dance floors. Christmas Party season bursts onto the scene.

Massive thank you for everyone who has been apart for this year, both in and out of the training rooms.

Our NAPPI uk Elves will be busy wrapping up their paperwork, clearing their desks, ready for the New Year.

❓How will the learning you have undertaken change your working practice?

🗣 "As a Deputy Manager, I feel more empowered to support staff and directly intervene in crisis situations on shifts."

The NAPPI Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Model training is delivered over six-hours, via Remote Delivery.

A virtual classroom is accessed by participants who interact with the trainer (and each other) throughout.
Open courses are delivered over two consecutive mornings, two x 90-minute blocks to minimise screen time for your employees and for our trainers. Closed courses (for your staff only) can be delivered to meet your preference.

This time in Shepperton, we celebrated, SIX returning trainers, competing their first year as Onsite NAPPI Trainers. With the new and updated content being rolled out for the first time.

The NAPPI Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Model training is delivered over six-hours, via Remote Delivery. NAPPI Remote Delivery differs from conventional e-learning as groups engage with a live delivery. A virtual classroom is accessed by participants who interact with the trainer (and each other) throughout. This is the perfect solution and is very cost effective for small groups.
