Today we want to ask you something.

For years, we’ve been here to support you with yoga and mindful practices.
But life keeps moving, and we all change too.
New questions come, new needs appear, new chapters begin.

So we’re curious:
How could we support you better in your everyday life right now?

Here at The Frog Project, we keep yoga simple and accessible for every body and every stage of life.

We offer 3 live classes every day, at different levels, so you can choose exactly what you need: from slow and nourishing, to gently spicy when you feel like moving a bit more 🌶️

But we’re more than just an online yoga studio.
We’re a community, mostly women (and men who love yoga too!), who want to feel a little better each day, move with kindness, and practice in a safe, supportive space that truly feels like home.

Our YTT is a little different from most trainings out there.

Yes, you’ll receive a YTT certificate and the confidence to teach yoga if you want to.
But what really makes this course special is the inner shift that happens along the way.

Almost everyone who finishes says the same thing:

“I wish I had learned this earlier.”

How to calm the mind.
How to work with strong emotions instead of fighting them.
How to feel more grounded in everyday life.

And here’s something that might surprise you 🤍

Many people join without any intention of teaching and many never do.
They come for themselves, take what they need, and let the practice support their life.

Because going deeper into yoga is really a journey back to yourself.
When you strip it down, yoga is a beautiful study of how we think, feel, and respond to life.

We begin on Friday, January 16th at 6pm (online).

If the word “yoga” feels a bit scary - trust us, you probably just haven’t tried a class that felt good for you.

We listened to our beginners and our “not-so-flexible” friends and created a 21-Day Yoga Journey that asks for only 10 minutes a day. Just a little daily movement to help you ease in, feel better in your body, and build routines that can stay with you all year.

We honestly believe this course is a game changer - you might completely rethink what yoga really is.

We hope you are well and rested after a busy Christmas period. If you’re not all the ways topped up, don’t worry, we’ve got your back 🔋

Listening to the cues outside our windows, the trees are bare, the bulbs are still submerged and everything is just doing what it needs to do. No rushing, no forcing, no pushing. Often in the NY, we want to hit the ground running, and if you have that desire, just remember (as often as you can), to do it with ease and a sprinkle of softness!

May the start of your 2026 be filled with love, compassion and kindness (primarily for yourselves, and of course all of your friends and family). ❤️

As one year closes and another begins, this yoga nidra guides you into that quiet liminal space in between. A time to pause, breathe, and gently reflect on the year that's passed.

We'll journey through what's been, cultivate gratitude for it all, and hold well wishes for what's to come. This practice creates spaciousness and clarity, making room for new beginnings without forcing or striving. As we close, we'll imagine the sun slowly rising and bathing you in fresh light - a gentle way to step into the new year feeling grounded and open to what lies ahead.

Merry Christmas, Wonderful Community 💫
We just wanted to take a little moment to wish you, your family and friends, a lovely Christmas ahead. Whether you go big and noisy, simple and quiet, or something in between, we wish you much love and happiness, from our family to yours.

This yoga family has really been growing into something magical from day 1. And as we move into our 6th year together, we are so incredibly grateful, and also humbled, by each and every one of you. For being here, for showing up for yourself, one practice, one breath, at a time. You really do make the Frog Project world go round 🌍

So, may you all have a wonderful week. We’ll be here, guiding you, with most of our regular classes, and some special ones thrown in the mix too. All the specials are free, and recorded, so book away and we’ll send you the recordings if you can’t make them live

When Christmas is almost here, everything feels a little more special.
Wrapping gifts, preparing surprises… and that beautiful, childlike feeling of waiting, when presents are already under the tree and you don’t know what’s inside yet.

It doesn’t matter how old we are, there’s still a little kid inside all of us ✨

Here at The Frog Project, we organized Christmas Santa again this year. Everyone was assigned their Santa, and the first gifts are already appearing under the trees 🎄
