Sadly passed away, peacefully, after a short illness on 14th October, at Scarborough Hospital.
Much loved partner of Robert.
Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 12th of November at Woodlands Crematorium, at 12noon.

Passed away peacefully on 17th October 2025, aged 93 years.
A dearly loved friend to many.
A special thank you to the staff at Combe Hay Nursing Home for their care to Margaret.
Funeral service shall be held on Wednesday 5th November in Woodlands Crematorium at 12pm.
Following the service, a funeral tea will be held at Combe Hay Nursing Home.

Passed away peacefully on 1st October in the care of Cayton View Care Home, aged 92 years.
Beloved wife of the late John Dobson, loving mum, cherished grannie, adored great-grannies and a friend to many.
She will sadly missed.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday 30th October at Woodlands Crematorium.

KEMP, Ann
Sadly passed away at Scarborough Hospital on 14th October, aged 83 years.
Dearly loved mum to Fiona.
Ann kept an active social life and was a much loved member of Scarborough Trefoil Guild, Girl Guiding Scarborough Central and the craft group at The Hub. She was also actively involved with Westborough Methodist Church.
Her funeral service shall be held on Wednesday 5th of November, at 2pm at Woodlands Crematorium, Scarborough, followed by refreshments at Plaxton Court.
If attending please wear bright colours or Guiding/Trefoil wear if you are able.

🕊 Christine Ann Finnigan

Wife of the late prominent businessman, Maurice Finnigan (MCF), sadly passed away on the 11th September.
Mum to Ian Finnigan, Sandra Thomas, Nigel Finnigan and Nikki Atkinson.
Beloved Nana to Simon, Oliver, Verity, Christie, Jake, Jack, Brooke, Layla, Harris and great grandma to Rupert, CeCe, Avery, Violet, Sidney, Emie, Henry, Oscar, George and her great grandchild due next year.
A celebration of Mum's life will be held at St. Laurence's Church, Scalby at 12:30pm on Monday 29th September. Service by the Reverend Tony Hand.
Everyone who knew Mum are very welcome, wearing a touch of colour, if desired.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society or Asthma & Lung UK.

When we heard that our friends at Scarborough RUFC - Kids First Rugby Scarborough Rugby Union Football Club were holding a fundraiser tonight for the fab Saint Catherine's Scarborough we really wanted to help if we could. So, we will be there tonight with a limousine filled with balloons 🎈 £1 a guess as to how many! All funds raised go to the hospice! We hope to see you there!
