KICKSTARTING SMALL GROUP TRAINING (1:5)

Have you wanted to get into the gym but had no idea what to do?!

Have you wanted to hire a PT to get guidance and support and be pushed through your paces but didn’t have enough money?

I’m a big advocate for getting people into training and esspecially within the gym

This small group training will be up in the weight training area of the gym, using a variety of machines and multiple ways of training to help you build your confidence, your body and put you through your paces!

At Ā£5 per person, there is no excuses to joining in! Unless you’re not quick enough to get a space šŸ‘€

FAT-LOSS KICKSTART CHALLENGE

Starting on the 5th of September! This LOW COST & SHORT DURTION challenge makes it impossible for you not to take the first steps into a happier, healthier you!

With the cost of living going up and more people feeling miserable in their skin but don’t have the money or knowledge/motivation of where to begin

So I created this 28 day challenge to help people make the change they need, after all, starting is sometimes the hardest part!

If you want to drop some body fat, have the accounatbility & support of a coach & a likeminded community, feeling stronger, healthier & still enjoy foods you love then this is the challenge for you!

This is by no ways a quick fix - I don’t believe in them. But this is a gateway to helping people get STARTED

Current shape šŸ“ø taken a few mornings ago!

No matter what your goal is, keeping an eye on what your body shape is doing can give you some valuable information on how your actions/choices are affecting you!

Time to trim down some of the body fat, because for me, I’m carrying too much that doesn’t serve what I want to achieve!

Do I care what the scales say? Not really, however I compete in weight category sports so I have to ensure I don’t go crazy

For me it’s about:
- how I feel
- how I move
- how I recover
- how I train

I base my goals on these factors, I want to move better, be faster, fitter and stronger!

We have a challenge on at the gym .scarborough so after doing a back workout, I decided to give this a go!

I put up a post on page, with videos of each event!

But wanted to share the win here too! I jumped into this comp last minute, and with relatively not much training due to niggles and illness!

So to still come 3rd out of 5 other amazing women was not an expected outcome! But one I’m fu***ng proud of!

I don’t do my job because it pays well (cause it doesn’t lol) but because I fu***ng love the sports, the training, the progression, the helping people achieve amazing things!

I have a personal investment in what I do! I’ve invested thousands of pounds and hours into learning, experiencing what I can to be a better coach/athlete!

WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU INVEST IN YOURSELF?

Joy lost over 15kg while working with me for over 3 months 1:1 (that's 15 bags of sugar by the way 🤯)

She still enjoyed a beer here & there & foods she enjoyed in moderation, but we didn't cut out anything!

It costs money to hire a coach or to get PT sessions, rather than seeing it as an expense, see it as investment into feeling the way you want!

Sure theres hard work involved, but results like this are priceless! I've made it my mission to provide these results at a fraction of the cost most places will charge, because I'm in a better position to do so!

As someone who struggled to change my life due to finances I know it's difficult, therefore money shouldn't be a barrier!

If you want to change, then make the change & invest in yourself! But you still have to be willing to do the work!
