If life has been full-on lately, come and soak up a little sanctuary time in our converted chapel by the sea in Staintondale.

✨ Bespoke healing sessions with Di can include Quantum Breath Energy Healing, B.E.S.T., crystal healing, E.F.T., gentle massage and whatever your system is asking for on the day.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more you.

Each session starts with a chat about your health (mind, body, spirit) and your desires for moving forwards. A bespoke treatment is then offered to you as you relax on the warm water bed. In 2022 I created Living Magically Membership, after working with women who needed more. More peace, more confidence, more sparkle, more meaning ....

Living Magically was a way of sharing my knowledge of all things mind, body, spirit within a super safe space, a sisterhood.

I am so, so proud of how it has developed and how the women inside the membership have responded, it really is MAGIC 🪄

I love this space so much that I want to share it — the practices, the community, the moments of magic that guide your day — with as many women as I can.

A softly held, nourishing day for women at ANY stage of menopause… a chance to slow down, listen inward and restore balance.

This February, I’m co-creating a Menopause Retreat Day alongside two incredible women whose work I deeply respect.

Menopause is such a profound transition — physically,
emotionally and energetically — and yet so often we’re expected to just carry on. This day is an invitation to pause, soften and listen.

Held in person at The Healing Touch, this retreat day is designed to support women at any stage of menopause.

Our theme for the day is KISS 😘 — Kindness, Inspiration, Sisterhood and Synthesis.

You can expect gentle, menopause-informed coaching, slow and intuitive movement that listens to the body, and energy medicine and meditation to calm the nervous system and support integration. 🧘‍♀️

Here at The Healing Touch (our little converted chapel sanctuary in Staintondale), sessions are completely bespoke. We blend whatever you need on the day, from Quantum Breath Energy Healing to Reiki, crystals, massage, and more, so you can soften, reset, and come back to yourself.
