With 20+ years experience in the field of alternative health care, I have seen “miracles”! Yet I realise that “miracles” are actually naturally occurring when we tune in, trust and work with our bodies natural healing mechanisms.
It is my mission to encourage, explore and facilitate personal transformation through energy healing, holistic counselling and bodywork. I approach this relational, experiential work from the perspective of appreciating the sacred uniqueness of each individual. I intend on creating a nurturing environment that encourages healing and a safe exploration of ones inward journey, leading to personal empowerment, presence and choice.
Everything is energy. Including us. Energy healing (reiki means Universal life force energy) is a gentle non invasive treatment that works with the bodies subtle energy systems.
The body is an energy system with seven main chakra’s or energy centres. Through ones life and experiences, emotionally, physically and spiritually, we develop certain blocks in our bodies.
Our bodies may bring awareness to these blocks through dis-ease, stress, tension, anxiety, pain and general low energy.
Angelic Reiki is a multi dimensional healing that assists in clearing/ dissolving these blocks to promote our natural free flow of energy leading to improved health, well being and vitality.

Holistic counselling is approached from a mind/body/spirit connection. Focusing on the person as a whole, integrating the physical, emotional, spiritual and relational aspects. These aspects are interdependent ; disharmony in one area can manifest in one or more of the others.

Angelic Reiki 1st & 2nd Degree Practitioner Course available.
This workshop imparts the unique system of healing that is Angelic Reiki and is taught over two and a half days. Students are attuned to 1st and 2nd Degree Angelic Reiki and a number of treatment methods are taught. The student gains 'hands on' experience in the healing methodology and learns how to attune healing tools.
As a healer working with Angels in this way, you offer a wonderful service to yourself, humanity and the planet.
Angelic Reiki 3rd/ 4th Master Teacher Course available.
This workshop is available to those holding Angelic Reiki Level 1st & 2nd Degree Certificate and who are ready to progress to the next stage, either for personal development or to teach Angelic Reiki.
