Making a choice
Everyday we are faced with choices, yet they often go overlooked. You can decide what to have for breakfast, which way to drive to work, whether to react to someone's attitude or behaviour. we do this daily, without much thought, yet when making important decisions it can be one of the hardest, most stressful things to do, when it really matters, that being the key point, it matters.
It's not that You can't make the decision, it's the fear behind making it, in case you make the wrong one. What if your chosen path is the wrong direction and you instantly regret it. What if it's great for a time but then goes drastically wrong, what if, this path doesn't make you happy and you end up really sad. These are the million questions we can go over and over in our mind , leaving us feeling very confused.
The mind only knows what it has learnt, so all these fears stem from past decisions not turning out the way you wanted them to. It's not having enough faith in yourself to make the right decision, and you won't if you listen to the fearful thoughts .
The Soul absolutely knows the right path for you and is encouraging you to walk down it, you can feel this, its a feeling of excitement, yet it will really scare you, that is growth and is usually the right path.
The Universe knows what you want and what you have been asking for. So if today you need to make a decision, or maybe you already have, then this guidance is suggesting all will be ok as long as you listen to your soul. Listen to that inner whisper, encouraging you. That feeling of excitement that wants to lead the way.
And remember, there is no wrong decision, only lessons learnt and wisdom gained. Take the pressure off and do what ultimately makes you happy, nothing is set in stone and you can always change your mind further down the line.
