We've had a few questions about what's included in a consultation, so we thought we would explain exactly what happens when you come in for your first appointment.

✅ Full health history – We’ll chat through your health, lifestyle, and any current concerns so we can understand the bigger picture.
✅ Examination – Orthopaedic & neurological checks where appropriate to help us get to the root of the problem.
✅ Personalised treatment (where safe & suitable) – In most cases, your consultation will also include your first treatment.
✅ Individual plan – Clear recommendations tailored to you, with space for your questions.

Your consultation is 1 hour, giving us plenty of time to get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Consultation - £50 throughout September (usually £55)
Follow-up treatment - £40 (30 minute allocated slot)

Today we’ve had a little early start at the clinic and it has been so lovely to welcome our very first patients through the doors. It already feels incredibly rewarding to see the space being used for what we created it for – helping people feel comfortable, cared for and listened to🤍

It’s been such a journey getting here, and after lots of planning, hard work and finishing touches, it feels amazing to finally share a little sneak peek of the clinic with you.

Although our official opening is in just 2 weeks’ time, we’re so grateful for the encouragement and kind words we’ve received already from the community. Starting something new is always a little nerve-wracking, but the support we’ve had has made all the difference.
