Have you tried Qi Gong?
Do you know what Qi Gong is?
It's another form of energy release. When you feel yuck and rubbish and just can't get out of your own head or can't shake a feeling.... Do some QiGong!
I came across this technique about 5 years ago and although daily practice is recommended, I'm not always one for routine but every now and then I think yes some Qi Gong will help.
I was feeling a bit stressed out after trying to do some complicated maths work with my boy and thought I need some exercise, some movement but being 34 weeks pregnant this is hard so I found a nice QiGong video on YouTube.
I cried, I yawned, I burnt! I breathed! ๐ฌ๏ธ
I allowed the energy to flow all around me... My head felt clearer and doing some piano practice with my little boy became a lot easier as the next thing to do.
