It's with great sadness that we announce Alan passed away peacefully on Thursday 15th January 2026, aged 83 years.

Loving husband to the late Anthea, devoted Dad to Tim & Samantha, father in law to Louise, brother to John,uncle to Mark, Emma, Paul & Bill. Alan was also very proud to be apart of the apex jazz band & enjoyed a good drink with his pals. 🍺

A funeral service to celebrate and remember the life of Alan will take place on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at Woodlands Crematorium Scunthorpe at 12.40pm. Family flowers only please, any donations will benefit alzheimers. 💠

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce that after a brave battle, Glynn passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday 15th January 2026, at Castle Hill Hospital, aged 56 years.
A much-loved and devoted husband to Nicky, a brilliant and proud dad to Oliver, Rhyanne and Nathan. A cherished son to Colin and the late Sandra, a loving brother to Corrina and Kerry and the late Shane, a treasured son-in-law and brother-in-law.
Glynn was loved by so many and will be truly missed ❤️
A funeral service to celebrate and remember the life of Glynn will take place on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 2pm at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe.
Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, are to benefit Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

It is with great sadness that we announce that our beautiful mum, Anne Veronica Gifford, passed away peacefully on Monday 5th January 2026 at Brentwood Arches Care Home, Essex, aged 89 years.
Beloved wife of the late Godfrey Gifford, much-loved mum to Kathy, Liz and Wendy, treasured grandma to Holly, Jacob, Cara, Max, Matthew and Sam, loving sister to Pat, mum-in-law to Mark and Richard, sister-in-law to Sybil and Percy, aunt to Peter, and a dear friend to many in Alkborough and surrounding areas.
A funeral service to remember and celebrate Anne’s life will take place on Thursday 5th February 2026 at Alkborough Church at 11.30am, followed by a committal at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe at 12.40pm.

It is with deepest sadness that we announce that Tony passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday 24th December 2025, at Scunthorpe General Hospital, aged 84 years.
A loving husband to his late wife Betty, a special dad to Tracey, Shane, Toni, Kim, Stephen, Michael and Lynn.
An adored grandad, especially to Jason, and to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tony was loved by so many and will be deeply missed.
A funeral service to celebrate and remember the life of Tony will take place on Tuesday 20th January 2026 at 10:40am, followed by a burial service in the grounds of Woodland Crematorium, where he will be reunited with his beloved Betty.
Tony’s family have requested formal attire.
