Early reminder with the festive season approaching.
Please remember to order your medication in time for the Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday closures.
Last ordering date for processing requests is Friday19th December, this will allow pharmacies time to also process prescriptions.
If you are not able to get to the surgery to order your prescription, this can be emailed to us on our prescription email address- WCLTP.prescriptions@nhs.net

❓North Lincolnshire South PCN - Who are we and what do we do❓

North Lincolnshire South Primary Care Network (PCN) is a network comprising of around 74,000 patients over 6 practices in the Scunthorpe and Surrounding areas.

Our teams are based between each practice and offer a variety of services.

Other supporting staff such as; Care Co-Ordinator's, Health Care Support Workers & GP Assistants that are based in each practice.

Coats for Kids.

Once again we are offering our service for taking donations of new and used children's coats and winter wear, and passing them on to families in the community.
This was a great success last year so wanted to offer again this year.

We have a selection of winter coats and accessories in the front of the West Common Lane foyer on Dorchester Road.
Please feel free to have a browse and take anything that would be of use.

Any donations for this would be gratefully received, these can be handed to either site reception desk.

We have been advised there is a national shortage of hearing aid batteries being supplied to GP surgeries.

The Audiology department at Scunthorpe General Hospital, have advised patients can collect supplies from them directly.
