How absolutely blessed to wake up to such a glorious morning.

Oh my heart was full before I’d even set off this morning and my joy seemed to build with every step during the day.

Arriving at Jasmine Trust School of Yoga we were greeted by the most beautiful cow, such a gentle, grounding welcome.

The energy in the room flowed beautifully, a gorgeous blend of new and familiar faces all with sunshine souls.

Home for a quick recharge and then back out to Fernwood Village Hall for our second sound bath and what a beautiful combination of the most beautiful souls again, I really am blessed by the beautiful people that join me for these sessions.

At both sound baths we had the wonderful shamanic journey cards gifted to us by the beautiful Stacy of Shamanic practice with Stacy Keast, what a treat and I loved how relevant they were.

A truly beautiful day with signs of what is and what’s to come.

Full of love for my family, my friends, and the beautiful souls I meet through our monthly sound baths.
Even the people I simply cross paths with - every connection has meaning.

It’s a gentle reminder to notice the love that already exists around us.

🤍What a truly beautiful group we had this morning.🤍

I knew it was going to be special when on my drive over to Scunthorpe, on a grey morning I saw a Heron. 🪶

Such nurturing energy filled the room, a beautiful blend of familiar and new souls coming together. Lovely connections, heartfelt shares, and a deep sense of calm that I am still basking in now.💫

And on the journey home, the sun broke through the clouds - absolutely glorious. Nature echoing the beautiful shift in energy we experienced together today.✨

Thank you so much for coming along and sharing your beautiful energy. Truly, you make it what it is, and I am so grateful you chose to come and be part of this space 🤍

Imbolc marks the quiet turning of the wheel, when the light begins to return and life stirs beneath the surface. 🌱

This sacred moment is held by Brigid, guardian of the hearth flame, healer, and muse of inspiration. She reminds us that even the smallest spark, lovingly tended, can become a steady fire.

Imbolc invites us to slow down, to warm what has felt cold, and to listen gently for what is ready to be born within us. You don’t need to rush or have all the answers, just the willingness to nurture your inner flame with care and compassion. 🤍

So grateful for everyone who joined me at today’s sound baths 🤍

This morning despite the chill, the energy was warm, gentle, and deeply held . The snowdrops outside were stunning.

On the way home I kept noticing the number 1661, a reminder to trust, to soften worry, and to know that support is always present when we lead from the heart.
And then the gift of a white heron (herons are very special to me) a symbol of stillness, grace, and divine timing , quietly affirming that slowing down and trusting the process is enough.

These moments feel like gentle nudges from the universe:
keep holding space, keep moving with intention, and allow ourselves the same care we offer others.

This afternoon another wonderful session that felt like coming home, such a deep balanced energy.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared the space, shared their energy, and made it what it was.

I hope you all have a wonderful month ahead. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Hello everyone,

I’ve had a few new faces join me recently, so I wanted to take a moment to say a gentle welcome and re-introduce myself.

I’m Zoë, the heart behind this space and the founder of Soul Sisters.

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, meditation teacher, sound healer, clinical hypnotherapist and Gentle Release Practitioner, offering holistic, nervous-system-led support for rest, release and deep healing.

For several years, I’ve been holding Reiki-infused sound baths across Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire, creating calm, supportive environments where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.

I’m based in Newark for 1:1 in-person treatments and teachings, and I also offer distance energy work. I love collaborating and sharing energy with others, so you’ll often find me popping up in different spaces throughout the year.

Deep gratitude to those who braved the cold and gathered with me to share energy on this quiet grey January day. To those who were unable to make it, you were held in our thoughts, and we look forward to seeing you next month.

We softened into a gentle meditation — the crystal harp singing clear and pure, the drum beating steady, bold, and grounding. Reiki energy moved through the space, swirling and weaving, holding us as time dissolved in the way it so often does in sacred circle.

All too soon our journey came to an end. We wrapped ourselves up once more and stepped back out into the January grey, carrying a sense of calm, connection, and renewal with us.

Thank you for your presence, your openness, and your energy ✨
And thank you for the lemon cake 🍋🧁
