✨November✨

It’s been a busy couple of weeks, blink and November is truly here!

I hope you’re all keeping well and staying cosy. I spent a lovely day on the allotment putting my beds to rest for the winter, and I’m so glad I made the most of that beautiful sunshine we had at the start of the month… because it’s been nothing but wet and windy ever since!

Our final sound baths of 2025 for both Scunthorpe and Newark are on the 30th, and there are still a few spaces available if you’d like to join us and enjoy an early mince pie together. If you’re already booked on, I’ll be sending a gentle reminder this weekend💫

I now have all of next year’s dates confirmed, so I’ll be sharing those with you very soon.

I truly cannot wait to see you all and introduce you to our wonderful new addition… I have a feeling you’re going to be just as enchanted by her as I am. ✨

✨ November Sound Baths — Scunthorpe & Newark ✨

Our November Sound Baths mark the final gatherings of 2025 in Scunthorpe and Newark, as we take a pause in December.

There will be a special Winter Solstice Sound Bath in Retford during December, you’re warmly invited to join me for that magical event.

What a wonderful year it’s been of coming together, sharing energy, and creating peace. I’m so deeply grateful to be surrounded by the most beautiful souls.

💫Trust in the process of Life💫

✨A new vibration in the room today✨

I was so excited to share my new Sacred Forest crystal harp in this morning’s sound bath and wow, what a difference it made. The tones added another layer of light, a shimmering bridge between here and there. 💎

The group felt it too 🙏🏻 So much heartfelt feedback about how deeply the sounds resonated and how peaceful and uplifted everyone felt afterwards. I’m so grateful for the beautiful souls who joined me and shared their wonderful energy 🤍 Thank you for your kind words and presence.

The Reiki energy was swirling through the room, gentle (with the occasional whoosh!) powerful, and full of grace… guiding us all into that space of deep calm and connection.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I love this work so much. Each new instrument opens another door… new frequency, new flow, new magic. ✨

A few moments spent grounding in our wonderful space afterwards, we are truly blessed. 🌿

I’m so looking forward to sharing the new harp with my other groups now it’s got the seal of approval! 💫

Such a beautiful Saturday celebrating friendship and family. We shared a wonderful meal, laughter, and stories, my heart feels so full. Our lovely friends left with gourds and gifts from our recent trip, and I feel truly blessed for friendships like this. 🤍✨💫

As the wheel turns and we move through Samhain, I’m feeling especially grateful for connection, warmth, and the people who bring light into my life. This sacred time invites us to pause, reflect, and honour both what has been and what is yet to come. 🍂🌙

This morning the sun shone down as I made my way to Lincoln Gardens Community Centre how wonderful was it to see the most beautiful group of ladies. Thank you for coming along and sharing your wonderful energy💫 how steady and grounded was the energy today.

After a quick stop at home I headed to Fernwood Village Hall for our Newark Sound Bath, a beautiful blend of familiar faces and new faces. Thank you for sharing your beautiful energy. Blink and you would have missed it, it went by so quickly!

I truly am so thankful that I get to spend time with such beautiful souls who come together to connect and share their energy.

I’m already looking forward to seeing you all in November which shall be the final sound baths for Scunthorpe and Newark this year!

✨Badgers, clocks and magic✨

Tonight I saw not one, but two badgers. One even stopped and turned to look right at me.
It felt like such a rare and special moment… a quiet message from nature. 🌿

Badgers are symbols of grounding, protection, and gentle strength.
They remind us to dig deep, stand our ground, and trust in the rhythm of the earth.

And as the clocks turn back, maybe the timing isn’t a coincidence.
Nature is slowing down inviting us to rest, reflect, and restore.
To remember that slowing down isn’t going backwards… it’s coming home to balance.

✨ Slow down. Root deep. The magic is still there, just quieter now. ✨

✨ Sunday Sound Bath Reflections✨

Oh, how wonderful it was to be back at Jasmine Trust School of Yoga yesterday for our October Sound Bath.

So many beautiful familiar faces and some new ones too, creating such a gentle, harmonious blend of energy.

I felt truly honoured to sit with these incredible women who take time out of their lives to return to themselves, to reconnect, and to simply be.

Thank you for sharing your presence and energy. 💫
