When you're working at a computer for long periods of time, you should be taking regular breaks.
Staring at a screen for a long time can mean you are not blinking enough and potentially can cause dry eye! 👀

Use the 20-20-20 rule! Every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away.
