Today was filled with creativity, smiles, and heartfelt moments here at Sycamore Lodge ❤️✨
Our residents spent the afternoon making beautiful Valentine’s hearts and sharing thoughtful messages with their loved ones. The room was full of colour, laughter, and those little conversations that make these activities so special.

It’s always wonderful to see everyone engaged, relaxed, and enjoying time together — a reminder of the warmth and community we’re so proud of. Thank you to our amazing team for bringing joy into every moment 🌹💖

What an amazing Valentine’s lunch we enjoyed today at Sycamore Lodge ❤️🌹
Our residents were treated to a delicious meal, beautiful decorations, and plenty of laughter around the tables. The room was filled with red roses, sweet treats, and the happiest atmosphere — a perfect way to celebrate love and togetherness.

Seeing everyone chatting, toasting, and enjoying the day reminded us just how special our Sycamore family is. Thank you to our wonderful team for creating such a lovely celebration and making every resident feel cherished ❤️✨

On Friday our wonderful staff and residents came together to fill Sycamore Lodge with Valentine’s Day spirit. ❤️✨
From decorating every corner with love, to baking and selling delicious cakes in support of our fundraiser for new wheelchairs, the home was buzzing with joy and purpose.

We rounded off the day with the fantastic Sammy Vegas show, bringing smiles, music and plenty of laughter to everyone. 🎤💃

A huge thank you to our team, residents and supporters for making days like this so special. Love truly lives here at Sycamore Lodge ♥️

Richard enjoyed a lovely morning out in Ashby today, with coffee and cake at St Paul’s Church Hall followed by a bit of shopping. A simple outing, but such a nice boost to the day.

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the lovely Doreen to Sycamore. Her beautiful singing filled the home with joy and had our residents smiling, clapping, and fully entertained. What an amazing afternoon it was — thank you, Doreen, for sharing your talent and brightening everyone’s day!

Today our residents accompanied by Farhana got into the Mardi Gras spirit by creating their very own colourful carnival masks. The room was full of laughter, creativity, and plenty of bright feathers and glitter. It’s amazing to see how much joy these simple moments bring — Mardi Gras magic right here at home 💜💛💚
