*Important change* 📣
For the past few months we have introduced an online triage system to improve patient access to our services. This has been welcomed by an increasing number of our patients and in order to further improve the service we provide, we have decided to trial further methods of this triage system.
From 1st February, we will be implementing a "Total Triage" model for our GP/Advanced Nurse appointments. This means that for all GP/ANP appointment requests, an online triage form will require completion or our receptionist will go through a set of questions and complete the triage form over the phone with you. The process for arranging an appointment with our Practice Nursing team and Healthcare Assistants will remain the same. This will allow patients to contact the practice without needing to queue on the phone at 8am and those without internet access who do need to call us, should see shorter waiting times.
We understand that this change may take some getting used to, and we appreciate your patience and support as we implement this new process. We believe it will significantly improve the experience for all our patients.
