The total loss throughout the group was 15kg altogether over the 8 week programme with 4 people achieving their 3% weight loss goal and many continuing their journey with us by joining Cook4Life/Menopause support groups very soon.

Meningitis update

There are currently lots of different news reports out there regarding the current Meningitis B outbreak. Antibiotics and vaccinations are being offered to a specific group of people who have been in the area of the outbreak and will be contacted directly.
