As a male I know how difficult it can be asking for support , looking vulnerable, and the stereotypical " the strong one " , " showing emotion" , im.pleased to say I have a lot of male clients , slowly there are small changes , a small change = first step on the ladder

The beginning of the year I had so many people wanting how to manage everyday life , relationships, shool , family , work with ADHD /ASD or both AUDHD . I took this onboard and found a ADHD coaching qualification, I am proud to share last night I passed my final exam with a distinction.
Knowledge and learning to support you , coming in the new year. Supporting you to be you 💙

Our piece of work with North lincs Neurodeveolopmental Team is picking up traction , we have had some positive conversations and developing a questionnaire to gather information to achieve our goals .

Nominations for this year’s Scunthorpe Area Small Business Saturday Competition are now OPEN.

This year’s competition has three categories:

Community Champion: businesses that support local causes, charities & community initiatives such as local artists, tutoring, nurseries, training providers & cultural organisations.

Customer Service: independent retailers, hospitality venues, wellness practitioners and professional services such as accounting, cleaning, gardening & repairs.

Home grown hero: market stall owners and home-based businesses.

I believe we make a difference, we save lives , work hard , give 100% and more to who we see ,
please give us a vote 💙

Nominations close on Sunday 2nd November. A panel of judges will then shortlist each category with a public vote then open until Saturday 29th November.

Big news incoming 👀

We are delighted to share that we are now working in collaboration with RDASH North Lincolnshire CaMHS to support the Neurodiverse Post-Diagnosis Service for Under 18s

This partnership is all about ensuring young people and their families recieve the right support after a diagnosis .Together we will provide child friendly, accessible and professional services designed to empower every young person to thrive

We are proud to be a part of this collaboration that champions inclusion, celebrates neurodiversity and will enable families to feel understood and supported

The first steps have been made .
We have dates for 2 focus groups , for you to come and meet with Rubiks and CaMHS and discuss what you would like after a diagnosis, it's about positive changes.

The dates are as follows

Thursday 20th November 4 till 6
Monday 1st December 4 till 6

Both at our venue
